Miguel is an excellent mechanic with great attention to detail and customer service. I have a 2007 Jag convertible that he was able to repair on time and for quoted price. The car has many hard to locate parts, Elite was honest, thorough and polite. They even followed up with me a few days after the repairs were complete to check in and make sure everything was working as expected.

Had just bought my 2007 Jaguar XK in Dallas and while driving to my home town realized I had a clogged AC drain line. Water was pouring into the passenger floorboard. The fix was going to require extensive work to get to the line to clear but Jason and the mechanic a Elite utilized a by-pass method to fix the problem. The AC is working overtime in this heat without a drop of condensation coming from my AC unit. The price was extremely reasonable and less than quoted. Elite is outstanding. Thanks guys.

I took my truck by to have the brakes checked on it and did not have an appointment. Miguel still took it in for me, told me what and when they would take care of it, and did exactly what he said and fixed my problem. Super nice and professional. I will use them again for sure.

Michael was very knowledgeable of my VW and explained to me how to better maintain my car so I won’t cause any other issues later down the road. Although he was busy and by appointment only, he took the time get me in last minute and I’m very appreciative of his cooperation and fair pricing. I will be continuing my business with Elite!
